According to University of Calgary regulations, all foreign nationals entering Canada for the conference will require an invitation letter for immigration purposes (regardless of whether they need to apply for a visa). If you haven't received one, please reach out to the Local Chair at javier.orlandi@ucalgary.ca as soon as possible.

The meeting will take place from June 26th-28th, 2025. (All times below are MDT)

The main venue is the University of Calgary Taylor Institute for Teaching and Learning. The Welcome Reception and all talks will be held in this building.

9:00am - 12:00pm Plenary Talks (invited speakers Jessica McIver, Megan Engel, Fahd Ali Ahmed A Abdulwahab AlFatesh, Owen Paetkau, Yefeng Mei)

12:00pm - 1:30pm Lunch

1:30pm - 3:30pm Parallel Sessions

3:30pm - 5:00pm Poster Session

6pm Banquet Dinner with Banquet Speaker Dr. Warren Buck (to be held at MacEwan Student Centre)
